We are looking for experienced and potential people to fill up the following position for our fully automated batching plant (Concrete Mixing Plant) located near Dhaka.


Plant Incharge for Concrete Batching Plant
Job Specification

1. He will be overall responsible for Ibstallation, Commissioning, Smooth Operation & maintenance of all equiment for the plant.
2. Responsible for planing & execution of all raw materials/delivery/logistics/vat/carrier etc related to the plant to make the business profitable.
3. Responsible for managing total manpower for the plant & also local (Govt) administrative authority.
4. Ensure timely door delivery of ready-mix to the costomers.
5. Ensure the optimum operation & control any wastage for the unit.
6. Should have enought skill in managing the interdepartmental activities like Marketing, Supply chain, Finance & Cement plant.
7. He will be also responsible for backword supply chain of batching plant.


Qualification:
Graduate enginner in any dic\scipline having practial experience of running an automatic batching plant independently.
