A) Head of Human Resources Department:



Rank: Senior Vice President/Executive Vice Presidant.



Responsibilities:

Establish strong Human Resource, Develop system that ensures fair, competitive and proactive environment.Introduce modern and reliable techniques for performance apprasial. Develop and update policies for planning, recuitment, training,retention,motivation and welfare scheme.

Requirements:

1. Masters in any discipline preferably MBA from any reputed university.

2.Specialization in HRM or personnel Management.

3. 14 year's experience in HRM and served senior managment level in any commercial bank/financeial institution.

4. Excellent supervisory, communicative and interpersonal skills.

5. Good leadesship quality,administrative capability and team building skill.

6. Computer literacy and age not over 50 year's.



B) Head of SME Department:



Rank: Vice president.



Responsibilities:

To work as Head of SME Department of the Bank. Reorganize the SME activities of the Bank as per expection of Bangladesh Bank. Develop business strategy for SME financing of Bank in line with the Business strategy of the other banks who become successful in SME lending. Have skill in preparing Product Programme Guidelines (PPG) as per prudential guidelines of Bangladesh Bank. Able to make financial appraisal of project proposals.



Requrirements:

1. Masters in any discipline preferably MBA from any repured university.
2. 12 years experiebce in the field of credit in any commerical bank/financial institution with minimum 6 years experience in SME financing.
3. Good ledership qulity, administrative capability and team building and team building skill.
4. Computer literacy and age not over 50 years.
